Construction Digitalisation Day 2022

The Construction Industry Digitalisation Association of Latvia organizes a on-site/online event Construction Digitalisation Day 2022 in Riga on May 12, 2022.

The aim of the conference is to have a discussion with Latvian public and private sector and with foreign experts about integration of construction digitalisation learning from successful examples, as well as mistakes in the international level .

BIM is a tool to make a company competitive, purposefully create innovative services and plan return on investment. In Latvia, the mandatory use of BIM in public procurement begins in 2025. Currently, requirements for digital competencies appear in tenders, but companies do not qualify to meet BIM requirements and are excluded from project implementation, therefore their interest in learning BIM technologies is growing.
